Create a listing

Click the "Login" button in the top right to log in. Upload a listing by clicking the "Rent Now" button. Once submitted, an account will automatically be created for you and you will receive a temporary password via email. If you have just registered, you can then start filling out the information.

If you are a business user with more than one listing, you will be prompted when uploading your second listing. You will then need to choose one of three paid packages ranging from beginners to professionals. Alternatively, you can purchase a subscription on our pricing page. In this case, we will contact you and organize a direct integration with your CRM/system so that you do not have to add listings manually. This is the most common way to do it.

If you simply upload an advert, you must complete the details until the address is recognised. Once you have filled in all the information, you can preview the advert and publish it. You do not need to enter a title; we will add this for marketing reasons when we verify your offer.

Dashboard

As soon as we have verified your offer or the integration is complete, it will be visible in your dashboard. To give you an idea of ​​how often your ad is viewed, we provide you with statistics. These show the number of views and contact requests/leads within a definable period of time. We are continuously improving the user experience for companies that list their commercial space with us.

Messages

Here you will receive requests for viewings and can communicate directly with potential interested parties. You will receive a notification by email for messages received. As soon as you receive a contact request, you will receive the message plus all the contact information of the interested person/company. This includes email, name, phone number and message. From this point on, you can manage the contact request as you wish.

If you have a direct integration, depending on the system you use, we can send the contact requests directly to your email address, the email address of the contact person, which can vary depending on the ad, or load them directly into your system. Everything is possible and the setup is free from our side in 99 out of 100 cases.
