In two steps to high-quality leads
Choose a Package
You can choose from three different packages, which are based on the number of your listings. All packages include the same services. We will charge you the same amount monthly, regardless of the number of active listings. Alternatively, we offer a pay-per-listing-per-day billing method. However, this billing method requires that you list all your properties on maison.work. All packages can be canceled monthly, giving you flexibility and helping you plan your expenses optimally.
Add Listings
After selecting the right package for you, you can post your properties. If you want to post them manually, you can upload your properties via the “Submit listing” button. We will review and verify them afterward and put the listings online. In most cases, listing is done through your CRM or preferred real estate software. Under the following button, you’ll find all the software interfaces we already use. If your software is not listed, contact us, and we will implement the connection for you.

Increased Reach
To increase the reach of your properties, we collaborate with selected third-party platforms. Your listings are mirrored on Urbanhome and Comparis. This happens automatically through an interface without additional effort or cost to you. All inquiries you receive through third-party platforms are forwarded to maison.work, so you can manage all inquiries through a single channel.
Performance
The maison.work marketplace has been active since August 2023. Since its launch, we’ve been improving our performance month by month and are still actively working on it. Specifically, nationwide coverage, over a million monthly Google impressions, and an average monthly growth rate of 30%.
